Our policy lasts 30 days. So please process the return within policy lasts, and allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we cannot offer refunds on underwears, Briefs.

If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased had out of stock, we will contact the offer you the choice to either refund or wait until in stock by E-mail.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.

3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

The texture adds character without feeling gimmicky, and this turned out to be one of the warmest vintage sweaters in my collection. Fits as described and the striped pattern looks great. If you're on the fence about the fabric style, don't be—it's well-executed. Highly recommend for cooler weather.
The sweater itself is fine, pretty much what I thought it would be. The customer service and delivery of it was an absolute nightmare! I expected that it would take some time as it came from China. But my delivery was marked as “delivered” when it wasn’t. At least to me. After literally 15 emails, I found out that my package was delivered to the wrong address. After another 20 emails, and endless excuses - I finally got Oxnit to resend my items. So all told, it took 3 MONTHS to get my sweater - and easily over 30 emails and weeks of work.
So in the end, was it worth it? No way. I would avoid ordering from these guys at all costs, no matter how cool you think the item looks. Spend your money elsewhere.

Our records show your order was placed on January 19. We received your first message on January 26 about not receiving the parcel, and we replied on January 29 with the delivery scan and asked you to confirm the shipping address. After you informed us that the carrier confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address, we arranged a replacement order on February 2, and it was delivered on February 10.

Knit is just like the photo. Vibrant color and quality knit and cut. I've seen several complaints about sizing. These are sized down to the inch, so they really are true to size. With that said, you freaky have to own your specific body type with these fits because they are probably catered to be form fitting to give the cut a more premium look and finish. My wife's face lit up when we got ready to head out to our niece's pageant tonight. I'm 5'9, 187lbs, and I bought a Medium. I definitely would hang dry these only.

I really like this sweater, but I was a bit disappointed to find that the sweater came with a bow instead of a tie like the pictured. It’s not quite the same look of retro with a bow. Maybe a new marketing photo should be taken with the bow instead of a tie.
