Our policy lasts 30 days. So please process the return within policy lasts, and allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we cannot offer refunds on underwears, Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased had out of stock, we will contact the offer you the choice to either refund or wait until in stock by E-mail.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

The items came a little late, this was one of 3 pieces, all of which i liked. This had the best fit for the waist. The knit quality is comfortable, good quality and not too thick or hot. Definitely not heavy knit like a Rugby or Coogi, which was perfect for indoor wear! Building my next cart now!

I love this sweater! The colours are bright and clear, the fabric is soft and not heavy. I chose this one because it reminded me of the peacock doors at Graceland, and I’m thrilled with it. The v-neck design s so comfortable, too. I got 2xl. Im usually a L-XL sweater in US sizing, and it fits perfectly.
I'm size M but got an XL for extra room. It was tight and fitted, not like the picture shows it. Disappointed because return shipping costs almost as much as the sweater. Donating it.
The quality of all my OXKNIT short sleeve knitware, sweaters and long sleeve knitwear remains of the highest quality. And I’ve seem to be very fortunate that I always pick the items that get the most compliments when I wear these to work. This particular knitwear is no different and I made another wise choice.
I absolutely love the print of this outfit, but it was just way too small. I won’t be able to wear this until I lose another 20 pounds. I bought a 2X and I’m traditionally a 2X and it does not fit at all.

It's a well made sweater-- I like the weight of it, and how the cotton yarn resembles / feels like wool, but the color of the yellow overall was too butter-scotchy, so I overdyed it with brown to tone down the yellow.
