PayPal-problem
Om ditt PayPal-kontonamn och din adress inte matchar din beställnings konto skickar vi ett e-postmeddelande för verifiering. Om vi inte får något svar inom 3 arbetsdagar återbetalar vi automatiskt beställningen.

1. Välj fel storlek, fel stil;
2. Vill inte ha/gillar inte;
3. Inget fel på produkten, vill bara returnera.

Vänligen skicka ett e-postmeddelande och bevisa problemet med varan (bild på varans kvalitetsproblem, fel storlek etc.). Vi återbetalar pengarna efter att vi har mottagit paketet och inspekterat det.
Om returen orsakas av konsumenten, bör konsumenten ansvara för fraktkostnaden. Den specifika avgiften bör baseras på vilket expressföretag du väljer.
Om de mottagna varorna av våra skäl är skadade eller inte korrekta, och konsumenten inte är skyldig att betala fraktkostnaden av denna anledning.

We do accept returns. However, we completely understand that the return shipping fee can be quite high, which is why we provided different options to help you avoid this cost. We would also like to kindly note that our sizing does not follow any specific country’s standard sizing. In this case, we kindly recommend checking the size chart on the product page, which can help you choose the most suitable size.
We’d also like to clarify that our return policy includes our return address and explains the situations in which the return shipping fee is not covered by us. We always aim to be transparent, and we would never want you to feel otherwise.
Shirt was too small for me. Tried to return it but was told that it would make a great gift for someone and that they would only give me a 15% refund or I could pick a different Shirt. I chose a different shirt in size medium for my girlfriend. Haven't head from them 🤦🏾♂️

To clarify, we did not mean that the item should simply be given away as a gift. Since the size was selected incorrectly, the return shipping would need to be covered by the customer, so we offered different solutions, including a 15% refund if you preferred to keep the item, or a one-time exchange for another shirt.
According to the tracking information, the replacement shirt you selected was delivered on May 16. If you still need any assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
I had to order 2 shirts. I wear a xl normally, these shirts you have to go up one size. Other than that, I get a lot of compliments
This was the second shirt in my order and my favorite of the two (also got the cream rose). I loved the quality on both for the price, and was complimented when i wore them.
Buyer beware, the shirts RUN SMALL, so you will need to order a size up for sure. Other than that, all good!

I was so excited about this top. I washed it and laid it flat to dry. The fit was so wrong. The belt was under my boobs, the snap button was too high and too visible. The shape was bad as well.

It is a cute halter top but I got a size small and I'm SWIMMING in it--it fits like a large in other brands would. Way too big and no smaller sizes :( It's a shame because I love Oxknit styles but their smallest size is about two sizes too big for me.

OK despite the review title, this product would be the only one I would keep, as it was not as bad in terms of sizing. Their sizing is off on all pieces of clothing that I got except for this which was still Medium while I asked for Small but it could work... Quality of the product is so low however that I did not even bother keeping this shirt. I am still waiting for my REFUND WHICH IS VERY MUCH DELAYED. This company must have the worst customer service of all brands I have ever tried. It is a shame how much they delay refunds and replied so that customers miss the return window.... WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Despite claiming their products are cotton, the material is way to itchy and thin. It must me extremely low quality.
Also the way the product sits on the body is terrible. Their sizing is way off, and when you try to return the items they ask for all sorts of unreasonable measurements to prove it is not their fault, when it clearly is based on numerous reviews.
They HAVE A TERIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SO I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST. Still waiting for my refund!!!!!

I love it. I got an XL and it fits perfect. True to size and didn't shrink when I washed it.
