Our policy lasts 30 days. Please process the return within 30 days since delivered, and please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we don't accept return for exchange or refund for Lingerie, underwears, Sleepwear, Swimwear, and Briefs.

Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer you the option to either get a refund or wait for restocked.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

I live this shirt. It reminded me of my fathers who wore this type of shirt and design in the 70s when I was young. My only concern is the bottom part once the elasticity no longer holds its shape on the bottom portion of the shirt. It would look square and loose. Please add an elastic band in that area.

I love this sweater polo. Its well made, soft and comfortable. It makes me look more . muscular because it fits like an athletic shirt. I needed an XL with a t shirt but it stretched. I have a wider back. and shoulders and some decent arms but Im only 5'10 188 lbs. I'd order one size larger than you normally wear if yiu have athletic build. I got immediate compliments on tbe neat retro style. I will order anothet pattern.
As a 1st time buyer I wasn’t sure how the fit and look would turn out. I’m happy and please that both were a hit and now has me searching for another for. For reference I’m 6’3 225lbs

I love this sweater, the quality is pretty good. True to fit I wear an XL, good customer service. I order a L, but it was too small, they replaced my shirt free of charge, and let me keep the large. Shipping took about a week, but overall it was a good experience, I will be order more.
I love this. The print is modern, and the color way keeps it from being something you can’t wear everyday casually or business casual. It is so comfortable. It feels like an expensive cardigan and I get compliments every time I wear it!
I absolutely love this top. The colors are great and the fit is perfect. I love Oxknit over all because the shirts hold up over time, they release wrinkles easily with a steam or wrinkle releaser and they are comfortable. This design is A+
The quality is pretty poor, both of my new sweaters got extremely pilly after 2 wears and the wash made it even worse.
After washing there were even more pills than the ones around the arms where my jacket must rub now the whole sweater had pills on it the fabric felt much more stiff and much less comfortable. Plus the collar rolled and the only way I could get it to lay flat again was to iron with a cotton pressing cloth. At this point I’ll just stick with real vintage sweaters because they low key require LESS upkeep.
Overall I don’t plan on purchasing anymore items from this site the quality is low, the sizing is a light suggestion, and it took FORVER to get to me because it most likely wasn't full filled in the states.

We are sorry to hear that the sizing did not work for you. From the beginning, we advised that we could assist with a size exchange. We also explained that sizing can vary between different brands, so a 4XL from another brand may not match our 4XL measurements.
To help confirm whether the item matched our size chart, we asked for measurement photos, but unfortunately, these were not provided. Without measurement photos showing that the item is outside our size chart, we are unable to confirm this as a sizing discrepancy.
We also offered two possible solutions to help resolve the issue. However, the request for a 75% refund while keeping the products is beyond what we are able to offer in this case.
We are sorry that we could not reach the solution you expected, but we did try to assist within our policy.
This was way larger than any of the other small shirts that I've purchased.
