Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.

PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

I fell in love with the thinness of the sweater so I can wear it here in Florida as well. I love the colors and the design of this cardigan.

Regarding the loose threads, this can occasionally happen during the final finishing process at the factory. The threads you see are already knotted, and you may safely trim the excess with scissors. This will not affect the overall structure or wearability of the item. For this issue, we have also offered either a replacement or a 40% refund while you keep the original item.
For the second item, the difference you noticed is due to the jacquard knitting technique. Jacquard patterns are created by interweaving multiple colored yarns, so it is normal for the underlying yarn layers to be faintly visible through small openings in the top layer. This is a characteristic of the technique rather than a quality defect.
As the item is not damaged, we are sorry that if you would prefer to return it for a full refund, the return shipping fee would need to be covered by you.

I was looking for a particular color green to go with my Gucci ace sneakers and I Googled a particular color green and I came across this brand. I am very happy with the shirt I got. I also got compliments on it while out.
Unfortunately my sweater, while really cute and fits true to size, is not knitted well around the face of the fox. It’s noticeable, and I’m worried that it will unravel because it’s looser around this area.

This is related to the jacquard knitting technique used for this design. In jacquard knits, the pattern is created directly during the knitting process rather than being printed or embroidered afterward. At certain color-change or motif connection points, there can be internal floats or transition stitches, which may appear like a snag from the outside even though the structure of the garment is intact. This is a characteristic of the technique rather than a defect, and it will not cause the sweater to unravel or affect its durability.
Quality was fine. Fit was a little uncomfortable around the neck and armpits on the jump. I ordered an xL, being a medium tall wearer 6’4” 195lbs, because I wanted to make sure it would be long enough. Wore it once. Washed it in cold and dried in low heat. It shrunk so much it looks like I’m trying to film a music video in 1990. The xL is a crop top. Pattern is cool. Wouldn’t order again and will not recommend to anyone

Sits less like a draped on the shoulders t-shirt and more like cap sleeves which are my mortal enemy.
