I was very excited for this brand. First, I bought two different shirts, both similar in style, button down polo “knitted cardigan” as they are saying. The shipping took FOREVER. And I mean like 3 weeks AFTER I got my confirmation that it started it journey, which took another week to 10 days. After my long wait, I finally got the package. That had only 1 shirt. I expected to hear from the company saying SOMETHING about it, but all I got was a “how do you like your purchase?” Email. Unfortunate. I emailed saying that I only got 1 of 2 shirts that I ordered, and I got pushback. Once I insisted, they finally said “oh the warehouse was out of stock. Do you want something else?” No. I requested a refund. You’d think that’s why the 1 star review, right? Nope. I wore my shirt, and after the first wash, it fell apart. Literally seams coming undone, I lost a button, the fabric was wavy in places that should be flat. Did I follow the washing instructions? To the letter, because I care about my clothes. For the price, I don’t think anything is worth it.
