Our policy lasts 30 days. Please process the return within 30 days since delivered, and please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we don't accept return for exchange or refund for Lingerie, underwears, Sleepwear, Swimwear, and Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer you the option to either get a refund or wait for restocked.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Soft sweater, lots of compliments
Bought two shirts to see how they will fit, and I love both! I am typically a 1x or 2x mostly due to a large bra size and went with 4xl. They seemed to maybe be a bit narrow at first when I opened them, but they are just right. Fit great, well made, and awesome designs. And great length, too! Hope there will be an even bigger 4xl selection, and already have my eye out on a few more shirts. And arrived surprisingly fast, got regular updates on shipping!

The fabric was cheap and you have to apply to request a return... and then, no one responds to your return request and the window to make the return times out. I was worried this was a scam. I was right.

Regarding the return window, we follow the date of your first email to us. As long as your initial contact was made within 30 days, it is still considered within the return period.
We are truly not trying to delay the process, and we only want to make sure everything is communicated clearly.

I'm so disappointed that this design is not called "hooters". It's OK. I still adore the shirt. Size down if you are on the fence. All their stuff runs large.
