Our policy lasts 30 days. So please process the return within policy lasts, and allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we cannot offer refunds on underwears, Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased had out of stock, we will contact the offer you the choice to either refund or wait until in stock by E-mail.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Make sure you measure twice and check the size guide before buying these. I bought my regular size and could barely get them on. And if you want to exchange or return them you're on the hook for spending $100 to return them to China. Careful.

En la página de cada producto encontrarás una tabla de tallas como referencia. Dado que todas las prendas se miden a mano, se considera normal una variación de entre 2 y 3 cm. Como referencia, 1 pulgada equivale a 2,54 cm.

The unveiling was exciting when they arrived in the mail. The material was a little thin, but the look was cool. I got XL to make sure I could take them in a bit. Ha! Jokes on me! I gave them to my nephew who is an extremely thin little man.. and they fit him.
I love these adorable pants! If you’re a woman who wants these, I’d say don’t listen to the reviews saying these run small. I ordered a S because I was afraid they would be too small but the S is hanging on me. Shoulda gotten an XS. For reference, I’m 5’5”, 120 pounds, 25” waist, 33” hip.
Nice pants however the waist is a bit tight. My biggest issue is the extremely short zipper. Its kind of strange that a zipper so small would be fitted to carpenter style pants.
I love the pieces that I have ordered. I always get tons of compliments. The items are good quality and GREAT prices.
My husband was wasn't sure about this sweater when I showed him the Pic online, but he loves it, he's received so many compliments! The fit, the craftsmanship, the color and style, perfect! He's 6'2 215lbs wearing XXL.

Knit is just like the photo. Vibrant color and quality knit and cut. I've seen several complaints about sizing. These are sized down to the inch, so they really are true to size. With that said, you freaky have to own your specific body type with these fits because they are probably catered to be form fitting to give the cut a more premium look and finish. My wife's face lit up when we got ready to head out to our niece's pageant tonight. I'm 5'9, 187lbs, and I bought a Medium. I definitely would hang dry these only.

Ordered the medium, it’s a little small but works. It is cute but there’s an extra line of stitching around some parts of the cat that make it look off. Not as good quality as expected for the cost.

Regarding the silhouette, the bottom ribbed hem is intentionally designed with elastic ribbing. Due to the nature of ribbed knit construction, the hem will naturally appear slightly narrower than the waist width when laid flat. However, the ribbing is stretchable and is not meant to create a tapered fit. You may gently stretch the hem to see that it expands to align closely with the chest measurement.
