Our policy lasts 30 days. Please process the return within 30 days since delivered, and please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we don't accept return for exchange or refund for Lingerie, underwears, Sleepwear, Swimwear, and Briefs.

Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer you the option to either get a refund or wait for restocked.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Their sizing is completely off. 3XL is more like a medium. When I asked for a refund, they only offered an exchange. When I asked for a refund once more they ghosted me. Do not buy. Salvation Army time for these two shirts.

We’d also like to clarify that our sizing does not follow any specific country’s standard sizing, so we recommend checking the measurements listed in the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you believe the item you received does not match our size chart, please send us photos showing the actual garment measurements so we can review the issue carefully.
As all garments are measured by hand, a variation of approximately 2–3 cm is considered normal. For reference, 1 inch equals 2.54 cm. If the measurements are beyond this range, we will take responsibility for the issue.
Regarding the return request, we replied to your email on July 10 with our return address and return instructions. We’re very sorry if that message did not reach you successfully or was directed to your spam folder, but we did not receive a further response after sending those details.
Our return policy also clearly provides the return address and explains the circumstances in which return shipping costs are not covered by us. We always aim to be transparent and are sorry that your experience left you feeling otherwise.
I ordered a 4 xl and my son is a 3xl. It was still very small in him and you can’t return or exchange because it comes from China. I lost my money

Absolutely love this polo! I bought the apricot version especially for my Italo Disco Mega Mix, and it was exactly the retro look I was looking for.
