Our policy lasts 30 days. Please process the return within 30 days since delivered, and please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we don't accept return for exchange or refund for Lingerie, underwears, Sleepwear, Swimwear, and Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer you the option to either get a refund or wait for restocked.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

I never received the item and trying to get in touch with anybody was the worst. I either want a refund of my money or I want the product. I was planning on buying my son a wardrobe because you had a lot of cute items but if you can't deliver one item bought no thank you.

Best quality
BEWARE - I just received my sweater in the mail and it’s NOT “pure” white as the pictures would have you believe. It’s an off-white, almost a cream color. And there is no slight taper in the sides like the picture either, it’s just a straight fit as well…disappointing!

Cute but a little baggy. If I were to order again I would size down. I always order mediums and they are always hit or miss. It’ll do, I’ll keep it because I give Ms. Frizzle vibes in it.

I was expecting this to be a perfect fit but boy was I left disappointed. It fits more like a Large. Definitely not a plus size sweater at all. It’s cute though!

The color and fabric are really cute. It’s very light and comfortable. One disappointment is the fit under the sleeves. It gets very baggy under the arms and looks sloppy. This style seemed larger than the other larges I have ordered. I have 6 or more of their tops, so this was a little inconsistent with the sizing of the others.
We’re sorry that the fit of this style was inconsistent with the other tops you’ve ordered from us, especially around the underarm area. Although each style can have a slightly different cut and fit, we understand that this one felt noticeably larger.
