Our policy lasts 30 days. So please process the return within policy lasts, and allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we cannot offer refunds on underwears, Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased had out of stock, we will contact the offer you the choice to either refund or wait until in stock by E-mail.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

The cheapest knit you can imagine. Nasty. Their return policy is terrible. If you don't like the item or it doesn't fit, you have to pay shipping back to China, which costs more than it's worth.

Love the shirt, but after one wash, it was a little misshapened hard to get it back to normal
The top I received was way too big and way too long, despite me following the size guide online. The measurements are way off, so be aware of that. The shipping also took and insanely long time, since this stuff is coming from China. After all that waiting, I was extremely disappointed that the top did not fit because there is no way I can send this back without it being a huge pain. Lesson learned
This sweater, as all the others I’ve purchased, is comfy, breathable, & very appealing. Perfect for a workday or lunch with friends.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von diesen Pullovern und Shirts! (hab mittlerweile mehrere davon) Die Designs sind außergewöhnlich und ein echter Hingucker. Die Farben sind genauso kräftig und schön wie auf den Bildern – keine Überraschung beim Auspacken.
Die Qualität ist sehr gut und der Stoff fühlt sich angenehm weich auf der Haut an. Auch der Tragekomfort ist super. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass die Passform ganz normal ausfällt – ich habe meine übliche Größe bestellt und sie sitzt perfekt.
Die Pullover wirken hochwertig und behalten auch beim Tragen ihre Form. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen und kann sie absolut weiterempfehlen. (Achtung: nur Handwäsche oder dementsprechendes Waschmaschinenprogramm)

Well worth the money
I had inadvertently ordered the wrong size, when I contacted Oxknit to see what my options were, they were so kind to replace the sweater at the size that I needed, all without sending the other back! It was my mistake, no questions asked, they replaced the sweater! I had already purchased two other sweaters before this purchase, both fit perfectly, high quality, wash-up very nicely and purchases at a very reasonable price!
I will definitely be ordering more from Oxknit! Can’t recommend them enough!
I messaged the company within 5 minutes of placing my order to change my size (my fault for not double checking) within 24 hours, and then every few days and never got a response until AFTER my package had been shipped. Luckily, it fit, but if they couldn’t contact me back within a month prior to shipping, I cannot imagine how long an exchange would take.

They were a little on the small side for their size. They were nicely made and not cheap looking or feeling, but they aren’t the pants in the photo. A close knockoff I suppose, but not close enough. I thought for the price and with all the hype it wouldn’t be a knockoff company, but it seems to be so.
