Πρόβλημα προϊόντος
Εάν το προϊόν δεν ταιριάζει με αυτό που θέλετε ή το προϊόν έχει πρόβλημα ποιότητας, θα επεξεργαστούμε επιστροφή χρημάτων εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών.
Εκτός αποθέματος
Εάν το προϊόν που αγοράσατε ήταν εκτός αποθέματος, θα επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας για να σας προσφέρουμε την επιλογή είτε επιστροφής χρημάτων είτε αναμονής μέχρι να είναι διαθέσιμο μέσω email.
Προβλήματα PayPal
Αν το όνομα και η διεύθυνση του λογαριασμού σας στο PayPal δεν ταιριάζουν με αυτά της παραγγελίας σας, θα σας στείλουμε ένα email για επαλήθευση. Αν δεν λάβουμε απάντηση εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών, θα επιστρέψουμε αυτόματα την παραγγελία.
Καταστάσεις που δεν καλύπτουμε το κόστος αποστολής:
1. Επιλέξατε λάθος μέγεθος, λάθος στυλ;
2. Δεν το θέλετε/δεν σας αρέσει;
3. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι λάθος με το προϊόν, απλά θέλετε να το επιστρέψετε.

Διαδικασία Επιστροφής:
Παρακαλούμε συμπεριλάβετε τις ακόλουθες πληροφορίες στο πακέτο επιστροφής:
① Αριθμός παραγγελίας και SKU προϊόντος των αντικειμένων που επιστρέφετε.
(Μόνο επιστροφή από το τοπικό ταχυδρομείο. (Ενδέχεται να επιβαρυνθείτε με εισαγωγικούς φόρους και η παράδοση μπορεί να καθυστερήσει αν επιλέξετε εταιρείες ταχυμεταφορών όπως DHL, UPS, TNT και FEDEX))
② Ετικέτα αποστολής (εξωτερικά του πακέτου).
③ Αριθμός παρακολούθησης.
④ Λόγοι επιστροφής.
Παρακαλούμε στείλτε email και αποδείξτε το πρόβλημα του αντικειμένου (φωτογραφία του προβλήματος ποιότητας του αντικειμένου, λάθος μέγεθος, κ.λπ.), θα επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα μετά την παραλαβή και την επιθεώρηση του πακέτου.
Εάν η επιστροφή οφείλεται στον καταναλωτή, ο καταναλωτής θα πρέπει να αναλάβει το κόστος αποστολής. Το συγκεκριμένο κόστος θα βασίζεται στην εταιρεία ταχυμεταφορών που θα επιλέξετε.
Εάν λόγω δικών μας λόγων, τα προϊόντα που παραλάβατε είναι κατεστραμμένα ή δεν είναι σωστά, ο καταναλωτής δεν απαιτείται να αναλάβει το κόστος αποστολής για αυτόν τον λόγο.

After we tracked your parcel, we noticed that the parcel was delivered. To protect your privacy, we cannot disclose too much of your order information here, the reason we advise to contact your local carrier is due to we hand the parcel over to our carrier, and our carrier will hand the parcel to your local carrier when the parcel arrives in your country. We are an overseas sender and cannot directly contact your local distributor.
We can't get detailed information unless we ask our domestic carrier to confirm the parcel with your local carrier, that's why we advise you to contact your local carrier to see if they are able to help you in find out the parcel. They are the actual handlers and will be able to provide more accurate information.

Ordered XXL as im usually a XL and these arrived and the tag says XXL but the waist is tiny! It’s a small maybe a medium at best …

We advise you to refer to the size chart to choose your size, and we prefer to recommend you buy a larger size if you like loose. We have shown the size chart on the item page. If the size of the received item is not similar as the size measurement, we will be very grateful if you can show us some pictures of measurements on the clothes to our email address support@oxknit.com. And we will responsible for the item if there is over 4cm/1.5 inch of size inaccuracy.

Got these in xs, I'm a US size 6. They fit snugly, so probably should size up for a loose fit, but they are very cute. Shipping is from China and takes forever but they are well made and a really good value.

My package was delivered and left outside of the building on the street and of course got stolen. I contacted both OXKNIT and delivery company and they both ignored me and never responded. I did not pick delivery company ( it is unknown company). So now I am out of money and my order and no one cares. Stay away from this company!!!!!!
