Our policy lasts 30 days. So please process the return within policy lasts, and allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we cannot offer refunds on underwears, Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased had out of stock, we will contact the offer you the choice to either refund or wait until in stock by E-mail.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Mi è arrivato (in Italia) in tempi ragionevoli ed è costato davvero poco. Se avessi vent'anni di meno o fossi una rockstar me ne comprerei altri, tipo quello coi tucani.

Chandail confortable et stylé!
Love this sweater, but it does run a little small. I usually wear a large, so that’s what I ordered. It fits, but the sides don’t fall as nicely over my hips as I’d like. If you have curvier hips, I’d recommend sizing up. I think if I lost about 10 lbs it would hang better on the sides. The design is beautiful and the sweater is made well.
For reference, I also have another Oxnit pullover V-neck sweater in a large that fits perfectly.
I rarely write reviews. I was nervous about what I would end up with but the sweater is so pretty and good quality at such a great price point I want 14 more! True to size light weight flattering.
This sweater is so cute! One of my Papillons looks just like the graphic. These sweaters are soft and not too thin and not too thick. You can wear a T Shirt underneath or not. I think they run a bit big. I have smalls, 5’7” 128, i think an extra small would work if I wanted a snugger fit.
