Our policy lasts 30 days. Please process the return within 30 days since delivered, and please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we don't accept return for exchange or refund for Lingerie, underwears, Sleepwear, Swimwear, and Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer you the option to either get a refund or wait for restocked.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

I was sceptical (because of some less positive reviews on their website) but when my retro half zip polo arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The knitted material felt quite robust and it’s nice to see a metal zipper rather than a plastic one. The colours are vibrant and look exactly like they are on the Oxknit website and the fit was as I had hoped. I’ve only worn it a couple of times but I’ve had quite a few positive comments about it. Now I’ve had success with this one and the sizing, I’ll feel more confident moving forward with any new purchases. Apart from the fact that it reminds me of when I was young I really love wearing this shirt. I love the versatility of my shirt because I’ve worn it with jeans and track pants and I even wore it under a jacket which smartened up the whole look. Oxknit… I’m impressed..

After we tracked your parcel, we noticed that the parcel was delivered. To protect your privacy, we cannot disclose too much of your order information here, the reason we advise to contact your local carrier is due to we hand the parcel over to our carrier, and our carrier will hand the parcel to your local carrier when the parcel arrives in your country. We are an overseas sender and cannot directly contact your local distributor.
We can't get detailed information unless we ask our domestic carrier to confirm the parcel with your local carrier, that's why we advise you to contact your local carrier to see if they are able to help you in find out the parcel. They are the actual handlers and will be able to provide more accurate information.

Stylish casual and can be dressing
I’ve now ordered three times from OxKnit, and they are quickly becoming my favorite source of cherished pieces. My first set was so adorable. It became the reason I needed to book a vacation – just wear it every day! The second set I ordered was out of stock, I was disappointed not to receive it. But they more than made it right by sending me a replacement and an additional free knitted shirt as a surprise! The quality, design, and Customer Service are all a 10/10.

I’m 5”1 and I'm about 125 pounds I really want this brand to work. I love their color style the funky patterns but their sizing chart is trash! I bought four halters all in different sizes and only one fits. I actually bought two extra larges one extra large fits and the other is too big. I don’t know how that worked out.🤦🏽♀️ I guess I’ll just have to be happy with one out of four fits, but I think that’ll be the last shirt I buy.

I purchased a shirt from them and it didn't fit. I contacted them for a return and they tried to offer a discount instead and forced me to keep an unusable product or pay a fortune to figure out how to return something internationally to China. Avoid at all costs!

We do accept returns. However, we completely understand that the return shipping fee can be quite high, which is why we provided different options to help you avoid this cost. We would also like to kindly note that our sizing does not follow any specific country’s standard sizing. In this case, we kindly recommend checking the size chart on the product page, which can help you choose the most suitable size.
We’d also like to clarify that our return policy includes our return address and explains the situations in which the return shipping fee is not covered by us. We always aim to be transparent, and we would never want you to feel otherwise.
At first I ordered size M according to the sizing chart, but it was too big for me and looked poorly, so I requested an exchange for a size S.
Today I got size S and it’s the exact same size as M, they’re identical! And they both fit poorly 🙄
I have no idea how they managed to mess up the sizing this bad, but please don’t order this item, you won’t get your correct size and will be disappointed with this fit and with the waste of fabric..
And I’m now hoping for a refund that I don’t think I will get
