Our policy lasts 30 days. Please process the return within 30 days since delivered, and please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we don't accept return for exchange or refund for Lingerie, underwears, Sleepwear, Swimwear, and Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer you the option to either get a refund or wait for restocked.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

I'm in love with this shirt. I ordered a larger size than I should've (probably should've ordered a small, am usually a medium, ordered a large to be safe), but the shirt is streamlined and French-looking-with-a-twist that it works for me. I just pull it down long so it's more like a tunic, and I like the look. I had bought the long-sleeved sweater suit in a similar pattern, and this top goes with the skirt from that suit great. It also goes with jeans, trousers, shorts, and everything else. Such soft cotton. I feel like I should be standing by the Seine with a short red scarf tied around my neck, enjoying Parisian breezes as the wind tousles my hair. I like my clothes to make me feel something.
It washes great. My friends and colleagues want to know my new fashion secret, but I won't announce it in groups, just to one person at a time. I've seen Oxknit sneaking piece by piece into their wardrobes, too. The men look great in the short-sleeved tops. At Oxknit's next big sale, we'll probably have no more secrets and place a group order to take advantage of the combined shipping!
In this shirt at least, I'd size down, but definitely don't size up! (The winter sweaters that weren't part of sets ran small, but the summer ones, not so much, but i used the same logic unfortunately.) The size charts are sort-of accurate, but cotton knits move with the body so predicting your size from the measurements doesn't really work. According to my measurements, I should maybe be a 3XL in the bust, but I'm 5'2", and wear a small/medium in the rest of my wardrobe and in Oxknit as well, and they are not tight at all.)
It fits true to size and material is great. Love this piece.

I’m 5’9” 200lbs and I ordered an XL fits how I expected and I get a lot of compliments on this sweater
The small is more of a medium or large.
I ended up not liking this product at all, the fit was unflattering and the fabric uncomfortable. When I tried to return it the process was very confusing and ultimately unsuccessful. I think if you know you're going to like it, then probably a fine purchase, but I was all around quite disappointed.

I wish this top was as cute in person as online but sadly it isnt. The fabric is cheap and runs very big and boxy. I ordered a medium and it is just too big to even look decent. OXKnit's return policy is bad so I guess its going to the back o f the closet.....
Good quality on fabric and style, but it runs extremely small as other reviews have noted. My guy is an XL but I saw the reviews and got 3XL and still snug fit :-/

I have gotten stopped on the street and subway being asked about this sweater! One said "there aren't enough clothes with peacocks!" and I showed her the site. I am sure she got one! Love the feel,the weight is perfect for transitional weather and now I have 5 OXknot sweaters! LOVE them!
