Our policy lasts 30 days. Please process the return within 30 days since delivered, and please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we don't accept return for exchange or refund for Lingerie, underwears, Sleepwear, Swimwear, and Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer you the option to either get a refund or wait for restocked.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

This sweater was pricey with shipping included but it is cheap material/fabric. After one wash it stretched into a humongous sweater. It looks good in a picture but cheap in reality.

We'd like to clarify that our knitwear is made using 100% cotton yarn, rather than low-quality synthetic materials. Cotton is a natural fiber, and knitted fabrics can be more susceptible to stretching or losing their shape if they are not washed and dried according to the recommended care instructions.
To help maintain the sweater's original shape, we recommend gentle washing, avoiding excessive wringing or stretching, and laying it flat to dry rather than hanging it while wet.
However, significant stretching after just one wash is not what we would normally expect.

Unlike other products from oxknit this isn’t well made. After trying it on, parts that should lie flat like pokers don’t, it seems stretched in parts, and I dread to think how it will stand up to a wash. The colour is great, and it feels like it would keep me warm

Love the sweater, but an XL was skin tight on me, whereas they are usually loose and I also fit in large, but as more fitted. This is the only XL that doesn’t fit me. I gave mine away.

My husband and I wore our matching oxknit outfits to our recent trip to Ravenna Italy. He was unaware I purchased matching outfits but he happily wore his retro shirt. I think it fit him well.

I'm 5'1" and 130 lbs, and small is the right size for me. They do take quite awhile to ship, so be prepared for at least a month before delivery, if you're ordering for a specific event.
